1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trivora platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including studio owners, staff, trainers, and clients.

2. Description of Service

Trivora is a multi-tenant studio management SaaS platform developed by Webvarad Solutions. It provides scheduling, client management, membership billing, trainer coordination, and analytics for fitness, wellness, yoga, dance, and training studios. The Service is provided on a subscription basis via web and mobile.

3. Account Registration

To use Trivora, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Please notify us at trivora@webvarad.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription & Payment

Trivora is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All fees are in INR and collected by Webvarad Solutions. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Fees are non-refundable except as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Uploading harmful, malicious, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineering or reselling the Service without written consent from Webvarad Solutions
• Interfering with platform integrity or performance

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to data collection as described therein. You retain ownership of your studio and client data. Webvarad Solutions will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, design, logos, and trademarks of Trivora are the exclusive property of Webvarad Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission from Webvarad Solutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webvarad Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Webvarad Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Webvarad Solutions may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Webvarad Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
