Your data is retained for as long as your Trivora subscription is active. After cancellation, data is typically retained for up to 60 days to facilitate account recovery and export requests. Thereafter, data is scheduled for deletion from active systems, subject to legal, regulatory, backup, and disaster recovery retention requirements.
